for the 84th Annual Meeting in 2021

Change of Nominations Process Notice

We have recently updated our bylaws as well as our Board of Directors and Supervisory Committee Election process. You may make nominations for vacancies by petition to the Board of Directors prior to our Annual Meeting. See details below. Going forward, Supervisory Committee members will be appointed by the Board of Directors.

You may make nominations for vacancies by petition signed by 1%, currently a minimum of 110 members.  We will not conduct the election by ballot and there will be no nominations from the floor at the Annual Meeting when the number of nominees equals the number of open positions.

If you wish to make a nomination for the Board, please view below the statement of qualifications and biographical data for the nominees submitted by the nominating committee. Each nominee by petition must submit the Board Application form (below) and the petition form here. If you would prefer a paper version, please call 218-878-3944.

The closing date to submit nominations by petition is February 1st, 2021. Please submit via email at NominatingCommittee@northwoodscu.org or mail to NCU, Attn: Board of Directors, 1702 Avenue B, Cloquet MN 55720.
